Tea time!

Very important!

Non caffeine teas. Choose from: organic chamomile, mint, green tea, red clover, dandelion root.
Organic teas need 10-15'. Does not get bitter so dont worry!

First 3 months morning, noon, afternoon 250ml big cups.

4th month and on twice a day for 5 days in a week.
