Food to avoid and not to eat!
Tip: As we are humans and our brains already aware of the "bad" food we tasted in the past, you can have after the 5th month and depending on your condition some and in very little quantities some of the forbidden "fruits".
Of course there are moments or places you ll find your self with nothing of your good food. If you are in friend's home at a birthday party... have ONLY a glass of wine or beer and ONLY couple slices of pizza! But STOP there and continue next at home our outside with your normal schedule!
Tip2: The stricter you are the faster you will get better!
Tip3: After 3rd month once you start including one of the allowed every 2-3 days, if you notice gas, consipation, fatigue, bloating, rapid heart beat, itching you need to exclude it from your plan and on.

- Pomegranates*
- Any processed-canned meat, fish, sausages of any kind (except chicken-turkey that are organic), bacon, pork.
- Tuna, swordfish and canned fish (contain mercury high levels)
- Shellfish *
- White flour and its products in all forms. Contains gluten.
- Cereals
- Corn in all forms (99% is GMO)
- Soya in all forms (99% is GMO)
- Crackers unless gluten-sugar-yeast-dairy free
- White rice (avoid if possible)

- Potatoes
- Legumes to be avoided for first 3 months as they can cause inflammation in some people.
