EAT ME LIST!
- Veggies, raw preferred in all forms
- Spinach
- Broccoli
- Kale
- Cauliflower
- All (exclude mushrooms, peas, potatoes)
- Sweet potatoes,
- Winter squash limit 2-3 servings
- First 3 months limit or avoid eggplant, tomatoes, peppers because they can cause inflammation. Test small portions with you meals and see if you have any symptoms. If you do then avoid for 3 months.
- Animal Protein (Prefer antibiotic hormone-free; eat 100-125 gr daily or no less than 3 times a week)
- Red meat: Beef, buffalo/bison, rabit, lamb/goat (grass-fed; no more than a 100-125gr serving once a week; most people with MS its best to avoid red meat entirely because it increases inflammation; Have with vegetables/salad
- Chicken, turkey, duck
- Eggs
- Fish (avoid shell fish for 3 months, and after have in small amounts only). All small size fish! Avoid tuna in any form and swordfish (as they contain higher levels of mercury - heavy metal toxic to our body)
- Grains ( complete and unrefined only)
- Amaranth
- Breads(free of: gluten, yeast, sugar ,dairy)
- Brown rice (brown basmati max 2 times/week)
- Brown rice cakes/crackers (2-3 times/week)
- Buckwheat
- Millet
- Oats ( gluten-free* after 3rd month)
- Pasta from millet, brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa 1 time/week. After 3rd month you can have pasta from lentils!
- Quinoa
- Tapioca
- Wild rice
- Yucca root
- Beans/Legumes
- Avoid all for the 3 first months. Inflammation risk is high. After introduce one every 2 days and watch for the symptoms
- Nuts/Seeds (raw; unflavored - one handful and chew well to avoid putting extra stress on your guts)
- Almonds
- Brazil nuts
- Chestnuts
- Flax seeds
- Hazelnuts
- Hemp seeds (Hemp = Καναβη / οχι δεν καπνιζεται και ειναι νομιμο)

- Flax seed oil (NOT for cooking)
- Grape seed oil (good for cooking)
- Hemp seed oil (good for cooking)
- Olive oil (good for cooking ONLY low heat)

- Dairy (Only free of antibiotic, homiones)
- Butter (small amounts, unsalted, prefer from organic or grass fed cows)
- Clarified butter (ghee, organic: Check online how to do at home )
- Goat cheese (raw unaltered ONLY small amounts after 3rd month)
- Sheep cheese (raw unaltered ONLY small amounts after 3rd month)
- Fruits (organic; NO dried fruits, NO commercial fruit juices)
- * See the DO NOT EAT / AVOID list for fruits as they are allowed ONLY after 3rd month
- Apples ( only sour green apples (or granny smith) for first 3 months)
- Avocado
- Berries (don't eat if you notice mold)
- Coconut flesh & unsweetened milk (NO coconut juice or coconut water)
- Grapefruit
- Lemons, limes
- Olives (plain or only in vinegar or salt water as preservative)
- Strawberries (don't eat if you notice mold)

- Apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered only - store in the fridge)
- Mustard (preferably made with apple cider vinegar)

- Mayonnaise (see Book recipes)
- Ground Fresh Pepper
- Rice vinegar (unseasoned and unsweetened ONLY- Kepp in fridge)
- Raw Sea salt (not Iodized)
- All spices without sugar, MSG or additives);

- Turmeric / Curcuma (anti-inflammatory)
- Water (drink plenty if needed or prefer filtered, purified)

- Dill pickles / Πικλες αγγουρακια σε αλμη (in bream only) If you can find try BUBBIES brand
- Gums/mints (Only with stevia or xylitol BEWARE as ALL have aspartame!)
- Salsa (free of sugar or vinegar unless its with apple cider vinegar)
- Sauerkraut (without vinegar) If you can find try BUBBIES brand
