Tender chicken breast with green mix salad!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Chicken breast
  • sweet paprika
  • curry


Preparation:

Wash the breast and dry. 
Place chicken breast on a square piece of parchment (cooking) paper.
Sprinkle the breasts with the paprika and curry (both sides).
Wrap breasts with cooking paper like putting then in an envelope. 
Hit the breasts with a wooden rolling pin (πλαστη) for become thinner and tender

Preheat at high temp a non stick pan, cook each side 3-4' or until turns solid white. Leave covered to keep moisture for 3-4 more minutes
