Breakfast Ideas: What I eat...
All vegan friendly... (no butter-milk or any dairy products needed)
Ingredients
:
Fresh fruits (banana, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pear etc)
Oat flakes
Water
Flax seeds ( milled or blended )
Other Seeds (pine, sunflower)
Goji berries
Almond or hazelnut butter or sesame butter
