Breakfast: Raw fruits & veggies shake!

Note: Only banana and sour apple (ξινομηλο) is allowed in the first 3 months from fruits!)

Note2: After 3rd month when you introduce back to the nutrition plan the rest of fruits, you can mix and match fruits and veggies. 

The base of all your smoothie to be
1 banana
1 carrot
1 cup of raw spinach or a big leave of kale
1 slice of beet root
1 slice of organic lemon

Note3: You can always add a scoop (about 30gr) of your favorite sugar free or sweeteners organic protein (rice, hemp and after the 3rd month little pea protein and grass fed cow whey protein unflavored)

Note4: For a perfect blend soft ingredients go at the bottom and hardest at the top (ice cubes etc)

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple (ξινομηλο ή granny smith τους 3 πρωτους μηνες)
  • 1/2 pear (αχλαδι)
  • 1 carrot (ωμο σε φετουλες κομμενο καρότο) 
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of fresh organic spinach leaves (if not organic wash very well before)
  • a slice of raw beet root (παντζαρι)
  • 2 tablespoons buckwheat or millet flakes (νιφαδες φαγοπυρο ή κεχρι)
  • 200-250ml water

Blend for 30-35" and enjoy a full breakfast or snack!
