Lentil balls!

Side Dish: Brown Rice


Sauce: Fresh tomato sauce with salt, pepper, oregano


Lentil balls:
  • Lentils
  • Millet or oat flakes
  • And very little corn bio flour to assist the binding of the mashed lentils

Preparation:
  • Bring lentil to boil 2 times and add the 3rd time sliced carrot, celery, a garlic clove
    • Once veggies become soft, stir the water and let cool down a bit so you can mix/smash with hand. Add salt pepper, oregano or your favorite herbs and mix. Add the flakes and sprinkle a little bio corn flour for extra density.
    • Preheat oven at 180C for 5'
    • Use and oven pan and place cooking paper at the bottom
    • Start shaping the mix into little balls and place in the oven pan
    • Cook for 20' or less until flakes give a nice crispy feel!
