HOW TO DO: As per my first in the hospital I was advised you can do yes at leg , a palm below top and above knee or 5cm away/side of the belly button Rub/clean in circular move you dont need to stab heheh, position vertical, push , when you hear the first click , count to 5, you will hear a second click (green area visible now in full) , at second click count again another 5 then lift the kesimpta pen then clean area injection spot in a cross movements to help spread the liquid done Quick but fully safe ============================= On Monday got my first Kesimpta shot. At the hospital, after showing how, what etc. Kept me couple hours for observation. No symptoms as described at the pamphlet for about 10-12h Took the shot at 1030am No irritation at the injection area etc. Vey light headache started early afternoon around 1600 but nothing to bother me.
