Kesimpta: First Shot 22.06.2026

 On Monday got my first Kesimpta shot.

At the hospital, after showing how, what etc. Kept me couple hours for observation. 

No symptoms as described at the pamphlet for about 10-12h

Took the shot at 1030am

No irritation at the injection area etc.

Vey light headache started early afternoon around 1600 but nothing to bother me. (Got 500mg paracetamol) It might be also work related. 

Then dinner another 1000mg around 1930 paracetamol and at 2230 I had again light headache but nothing like compared to Avonex injections.

I also felt kind of drained and possibly fever.

I noticed that I couldn't walk or stand without support even to go few meters.

This happens to me last year when I am sick with fever. 

Watched half hour tv and forced my slef to get a dissolving tab of 1000mg paracetamol for the headaches and slowly managed to get to bed.

6am woke up to use the bathroom and legs were ok.

When I got up at 730 actually felt my legs rested and better as before the symptoms. 

To avoid misunderstandings, I have mobility probs with my left leg the last year and after a bad fall Aug 25 I prefer to use an arm crouch/cane for support. I walk slower than past year.

3m ago started the elimination phase of Ann Boroch protocol to help my body again as I did 12y ago.

I felt better and recovering from tiredness faster.

But with Kesimpta I also feel bit stronger and rested faster.

Maybe placebo maybe not. I also do some muscle electro stimulation at my legs 3 times a week the last month. 

So maybe its the whole thing but apart the light symptoms of first shot I m pleases with Kesimpta.

Monday 28th Jun 26, is my second shot
