12y after - Update

Good day to all, I want to share some latest experiences and wanted to hear from you...
After 12y Im having a relapse. Mobility became more difficult (walk slower and its visible).
4m ago I had a bad fall (broke left arm, couple ribs and 3-4 stitches on the chin). That scared me and now I prefer to walk with a medical stick support in public.
To the point...
Since 10y ago I did Ann's Boroch protocol (the 3m strict option) and worked miracle to me (details on my blog, no need to burden ppl here) I thought to start again a be more careful ( last 4-5y I have to admit that I loosened the protocol more than it was suggested, which i believe brought me to my latest condition.
All annual MRIs were showing no active lesions in the brain or spine, some seemed were gone and couple new ones again inactive.
I have 2 Neuro DRs. My main that did the diagnosis 12y ago within 30' at first appointment. And a specialized Dr at Pasteur hospital in Nice FR. I m taking Tecfidera for lat12y+. (Avonex was initial 2 but did nothing to me).
The later (who will meet in 03.26) wants me to go to phase 2 meds.
in the meantime, I want to do as strict as possible the AB Protocol again.

But here is what I noticed the past year and also recent couple of months that I started changing my nutrition again.
And my question to you if noticed similar effects...

When I meet with good friends after work on a weekday for a pizza night, I have/had a glass or two max of red wine (not more and not drinking daily). At the end of the eve I always felt my legs/thighs lighter and more in control. I went home pushing the stroller way easier or faster.
Have you got this feeling after a glass of wine, feeling your legs lighter?

Also, 3m ago we went (family of 3) to a village at 1600m above sea level. Lots of green, clean air etc. I forgot to tame my Tecfidera with me. I felt better in that place and walked with walking sticks couple of KMs in a mountain trail, went uphill about 200-300m and ddnt get tired, just a break at the top.

Now recently (doing the AB avoid list already couple of months), I had yesterday a dentist appointment, took antibiotics (Amoxicillin) for 3 days and Probiotics as per DR order.
I decided to stop Tecfidera for 4 days (start again this evening) to avoid any probs with antibiotics (I have no allergies though)

AGAIN, since Sat eve, i had great 4 days. Legs lighter, faster recovery (15' sitting at the bus) from 1h standing and getting ready in the morning for work.

To recap, did anyone had this or similar feelings after a glass of wine (in a day), or stopping the meds?

PS I had on last MRI (last Jul) 2 new lesions (not active from what they can see) but my legs are heavier, gait is worst, I never had pain with MS. 10y ago, I could walk only with cane support, needed 2-3h rest to recover after 1h at the supermarket, needed a rest after 30m standing. The AB Protocol worked on me and as I always wrote/said, I was back at 90% (I could not run but could walk fast and people couldnt notice anything)

PS2 A person with MS that I was introduced, moved to Uruguay. After his first trip he started feeling better. and kept going back. He left US and leaves there, no meds and he feels recovered.
This with my recent village visit, makes me feel that good clean air, and stress free or limited stress places can work miracles...
