Today Monday 6th of July 26, its the 3rd initial shot. Ill take later in the evening as last time and revert tomorrow. 

End of next week ill have my first of the 3 requested blood tests. Same once a month for next 3 months.

Then head MRI in 6 months

Food to avoid and not to eat! Tip : As we are humans and our brains already aware of the "bad" food we tasted in the past, you can have after the 5th month and depending on your condition some and in very little quantities some of the forbidden "fruits". Of course there are moments or places you ll find your self with nothing of your good food. I hope you are all well and feel better! I have reversed MS at 90% to this day and all thank to dear God rest her soul Ann Boroch!
